I really like Tony Hsieh’s book, especially the part on Culture Book. Love the concept of submitting what employees like and don’t like about a biz culture, any everything’s published. Now I just need to figure out what my brand is. Zappo’s is service, culture, and pipeline.
I would err on technology but there's also a social networking aspect to it. However,it's a combo of web and in-person networking.
