Targeting businesses
I am beginning to realize that selling to businesses require large sales force, which doesn't translate well for a start-up. As a start-up, it's better to target individuals or really small biz which act as individuals. Even better if one can sell to organizations that can communicate with a group of individuals.

Culture
I really like Tony Hsieh’s book, especially the part on Culture Book. Love the concept of submitting what employees like and don’t like about a biz culture, any everything’s published. Now I just need to figure out what my brand is. Zappo’s is service, culture, and pipeline.
Just walked in
I just walked in to a Long & Foster agency and introduced myself. I totally fumbled over my words even though I had it all figured out ahead of time. I wasn’t able to meet with the head manager, but I got her biz card and will follow up. We’ll see how this goes. It was exciting though!
